We had such fun performing excerpts from 'The Beggar's Opera' in 2017that we have decided to take on Gilbert & Sullivan's wonderful comic opera 'Trial by Jury'. This is a VERY ambitious project for us which is why we began rehearsals at the beginning of 2018 even though performances won't be until March/April 2019.

As you can see below, we are going to perform the opera (the plot of which is a 'Breach of Promise' court case) in various old court houses around the state as well as some of our usual venues here in Sydney.

We were also successful with our application to perform 'Trial by Jury' at the National Folk Festival in Canberra over the Easter Weekend!

'Trial by Jury' only goes for 40 minutes. The rest of the concert (at all venues other than the NFF in Canberra) will be excerpts from other Gilbert & Sullivan operas.
